About Zim Rap Cities

Since 2014 Zim Rap Cities has been promoting and pushing Zimbabwean hip-hop. We want hip-hop from ALL over Zimbabwe to be heard. Zim Rap Cities started with podcasts that were circulated via social media. In 2015, we had a hip-hop TV show called Zim Rap Cities on the local broadcaster ZBC TV. The same year we started the Zim Rap Cities magazine and still going strong. Zim Rap Cities has released a number of compilations including Queens of Hip-Hop and Kings of Hip-Hop Compilations. These were compiled by Prometheus (The Hip-hop Driver) and he has continued to release more as part of his radio hip-hop show The Hip-hop Bassment.
